Bridge The Hebrew Gap

Bridge The Hebrew Gap is a site to only highlight, and attempt make aware, the misunderstandings about the Old Testament, the New Testament and the people, the times, and the culture that you do not find preached from the majority of Christians pulpits in American culture.

Things like: Jesus was completely Jewish and completely ‘Torah’ observant; Hebrews were a people of Analogic thinking (What that means for us is that often what the Hebrew writers of the Bible meant is totally obscured by the difficulty of attempting to translate analogic Hebrew thought into modern day Western thought style by means of rational/logical based languages like Greek, Latin, and English.); the Bible is a thoroughly Hebrew document, Old and New; Hebrews wrote the entire Bible, OT and NT; Many words in Hebrew DO NOT have a Greek and more an English equivalent to even translate what they actually mean; God is a God of patterns and so everything we see happening in the New Testament was already established in the Old Testament…. these are just a few of the many nuances to take into consideration when trying to understand the entire Bible.
